Additionally, we will be able ensure that your RFP and/or Letter of Intent imposes no legal obligation to continue negotiations, provides that all parties negotiate in good faith and that if a formal agreement is not reached in a certain period of time, the negotiations may be terminated without legal ramifications to either party.
